Can't you get them from the MegaUpload links?

For a reason, when I try to open the two Readme .txt files a message about a locked threat comes up, why? Did you use the antivirus command of WinRar?
Anyway .txt files aren't dangerous.

Sorry but i haven't that probleme , i had downloaded the file from the link , and i had tried and no probleme about the ReadeMe files
