so i need help because i put the mod in my mm2 folder but it still doesn't work but it only works under brides in London and if i go away from it then i fall into the water, so please help me fix this

Because of a edit that this mod does only to one file to make the water driveable, this mod is afflicted by some conflicts with other mod and add-on tracks. It's so for both the original and V2 versions, that's the one that you're using (the original version doesn't make driveable the water under bridges).
To let it work without problems, put more "!" symbols ahead the file name, so it'll be the first read and loaded .ar file by the game.
