Hi,
I've prepared this small mod under 2 days because one of my friend, (3)SaD_P,S suggested me this mod. He's twcfan on MM2x as far I know....
So this mod changes the 7 vehicles' sounds of MM1 in MM2.
1) Ford Mustang Cruiser
2) Ford Mustang Fastback
3) Ford Mustang GT
4) Panoz AIV Roadster
5) Ford F-350 Super Duty
6) Cadillac Eldorado Touring Coupe
7) VW New Beetle
You maybe wondering where is Freightliner Century, Panoz GTR-1 and City Bus. I didn't modify its sounds because they already uses the MM1 waves.
To be honest, it was hard to get exact sound of MM1 but I managed to get them. They aren't that exact, like some fade in/out is incorrect and some levels aren't correct but I had to mess-up with physics if I had to fix them.
Here's the download link:

I request administrators to approve the submission in MM2x too.
Thank you.
Enjoy!

Guys, I've updated link now.
According to Franch, I should copy and rename existing waves for further modding because if I use same waves, they may interfere for other sound mods. So here's the new updated link.

PS: I also updated it in main topic. I highly suggest to download this one and replace this with older.

The mod has been published here at MM2X.
Well, this is also true, but isn't what I'd told you. I told you that change directly the sound files of the game will obviously change the engine sounds of those add-on cars that uses directly the these default game sound files. Good that they're few... If wanted to use the default game engine sounds files for an own car add-on, it's always better make a copy of them and rename them with a custom name so to make them property of the own car add-on.According to Franch, I should copy and rename existing waves for further modding because if I use same waves, they may interfere for other sound mods. So here's the new updated link.

Why not just use new CSV files and not new WAV ones?

New CSV files could hire much work, just waves are better. Franch was true all about it. I was thinking that wav files are pretty in size but it didn't even accumulated a single MB.
Thanks for publishing, Franch.
